STGCC Singapore Toy, Game & Comic Convention 2015 - Star Wars

The "Force" is strong this STGCC with the coming of 'Star Wars VII', opening end of the year. Ever since Star Wars merchandising would begin under Disney in the fiscal year 2014, we had seen the beginning of toy companies, releasing Star Wars merchandises in forms. Beside main player 'Hasbro', we now have 'Hot Toys' gaining paced on 'Sidehow' on 1/6 scale figurines and 'Bandai' with Star Wars model kit, plus Star Wars inspired, Samurai realization series. Bow to Samurai Taishou Darth Vader.

For those who find cuteness in super deform Star Wars characters, may consider 'Beast Kingdom' SD series or 'Herocross' Star Wars SD trading figures. Even Royal Selangor took an interest of Star Wars fiscal with limited edition pewter of Star Wars characters. At STGCC 2015, I had also came across designer toys similar to Star Wars at artist alley. Kudos to Legion 501st for their years of support - Cool parody displays of Star Wars too. Black X-Wing and Tie Fighter displayed at 'Simply Toys' booth. Lucky for me to bump into Light Saber maker, Kit, who let me had a feel of being Jedi Master for brief moment. Check out Sabermach for their fan project Light Saber.

there is a huge fever for anything related with Star Wars these days, with the release of the 7th installment of this saga... HEHE, for better or worse, i’m not so involved with SW, but i must confess i enjoyed several times to watch the first trilogy a while ago (i cannot say the same about the second trilogy though) !!!... =)

U are pretty right on that. Being a fan is like been married and for better or worse, just hung on to the relationship ^_^
I have friends who had started re watching all the previous Star Wars movies before engaging the last installment.

Yeah! It really realistic looking and the handle was solid metal which gave a nice weight for gripping.
